This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code. 2) An unspecified error in the authentication process can be exploited to gain unauthorised access by reusing valid credentials. 3) Input passed to the SPIM pages is not properly sanitised before being used in SQL queries. This can be exploited to manipulate SQL queries by injecting arbitrary SQL code. Successful exploitation of some of these vulnerabilities require valid user credentials. The vulnerabilities are reported in Avaya SIP Enablement Services 3.x, 4.0, and 5.0. SOLUTION: The vendor recommends that local and network access to the affected systems be restricted until an update is available. PROVIDED AND/OR DISCOVERED BY: VoIPshield Systems Inc.
