Microsoft Security Bulletin (MS00-038) - Patch Available for "Malformed Windows Media Encoder Request" vulnerability. Microsoft has released a patch for a security vulnerability in Windows Media Encoder version 4.0 and 4.1, which ships as a component of the Windows Media Technologies.
