Product Description:
GLPI is the Information Resource-Manager with an additional
Administration- Interface. You can use
it to build up a database with an inventory for your company (computer,
software, printers...). It
has enhanced functions to make the daily life for the administrators
easier, like a
job-tracking-system with mail-notification and methods to build a
database with basic information
about your network-topology.

The field "Text on the login page :" does not sanitize the input passed
by the user.
A simple javascript <script>alert(1)</script> in the field can make the
login page prompt an xss
vector.

Vulnerability Details:
User can insert HTML or execute arbitrary JavaScript code within the
vulnerable application. The vulnerabilities arise due to insufficient
input validation in multiple input fields throughout the application.
Successful exploitation of these vulnerabilities could result in, but
not limited to, compromise of the application, theft of cookie-based
authentication credentials, arbitrary page redirection, disclosure or
modification of sensitive data and phishing attacks.
