DESCRIPTION:
A vulnerability has been reported in the Search API Sorts module for
Drupal, which can be exploited by malicious users to conduct script

context of an affected site if malicious data is viewed.
Successful exploitation requires the "administer taxonomy"
permission.

SOLUTION:
Update to version 7.x-1.4.
