DESCRIPTION:
"Some one" has reported a vulnerability in phpBB, which can be
exploited by malicious people to bypass certain security
restrictions.
The vulnerability is caused due to an error in "sessions.php" where
the $userdata['user_level'] variable is not correctly reset after a
failed autologin. This can be exploited to perform certain actions
requiring administrative privileges (e.g. view mail addresses for
arbitrary users).

The vulnerability has been reported in version 2.0.13 and prior.
SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that authentication is properly
performed.
