DESCRIPTION:
SoulBlack has reported a vulnerability in the E-Cart module for
WebAPP, which can be exploited by malicious people to compromise a
vulnerable system.

Input passed to the "art" parameter in "index.cgi" isn't properly
sanitised before being used in an "open()" call. This can be
exploited to inject arbitrary shell commands via the "|" character.

The vulnerability has been reported in version 1.1. Other versions
may also be affected.

SOLUTION:
Edit the source code to ensure that input is properly sanitised.
